AN INTIMATE EVENING WITH BETTE DAVIS//
NOW PLAYING THURSDAYS AND FRIDAYS AT 8PM

Fasten your seatbelts -- award-winning tribute artist Peter Mac has been channeling the great Judy Garland to acclaim for over a decade -- now he gives that same loving attention to silver-screen star Bette Davis. There's plenty of promised music on tap, as well as a visit from the star's rival Joan Crawford (played by DJ Schaefer). An Academy Award winner for 1935's Dangerous and 1938's Jezebel, Davis was nominated a then-record ten times for great films like Dark Victory, The Little Foxes, Now Voyager, All About Eve and What Ever Happened to Baby Jane? but she also endured her share of personal struggles over the course of four turbulent marriages.

PETER MAC BIO//

The show has been created and conceived by Peter Mac, fast becoming known as the premiere Judy Garland Tribute Artist.  In the words of MGM Legend Mickey Rooney: “This is beyond an imitation, Peter Mac is phenomenal, and I knew her and I loved her (Judy) and this is much more than an imitation, this is an ARTIST. Peter Mac is Phenomenal!”

Mac is renowned for his loving and sympathetic homage to Garland, garnering special raves for his determination to bring to life the style, wit and musical legacy of an artist rather than caricature her familiar frailties as a human being. In fact in December of 2012 he was awarded The Southern California Motion Picture Council Golden Halo Award for his loving and accurate portrayal of Judy Garland.  The award was presented to him by Mickey Rooney and Academy Award winner Margaret O’Brien.
